- All exterior, laundry and bedroom doors are 3' wide in order for appliances and large furniture to be brought in easily.

- All hallways are 4' wide minimum to accommodate 3' doors.

- Refrigerators are strategically located to allow their doors to open completely and unrestricted.

- Bathroom counters are raised to 36" to allow for maximal storage

- Door trims are shown on the plan to ensure the frames do not butt up to corners or other trims.

- Bonus rooms are assumed optional and therefore not included in the cover page square footage.

- CAD files may be purchased in addition to your PDF. These files are available upon request only. CAD files includes floorplan and exterior elevations, and are compatible with multiple versions of AutoCAD based on your selection.

This is not an option for Custom Plans. Please fill out one of our contact forms for custom designs, and a designer will reach out.

Since plans are purchased throughout the states, it is possible the plans you purchase do not have all information required by your city. In this case, a design professional or licensed engineer can assist in bringing your plans up to code.

Some jurisdictions require an architect or engineer stamp of approval. If this is the case, a local professional will be able to assist you.

Stock Plans are delivered via email; therefore it is pertinent you provide a valid email to receive your plans. R Plans | Residential + Interior Design is not responsible for invalid email addresses should you fail to provide the correct email address. Your plans will be sent as links which expire 30 days after the purchase date. Ensure that the document is saved to your personal device if you wish to have access after the link expires.

Stock Plans will not be edited after purchase. Stock Plans cannot be returned after purchase. Any stock plans distributed to anyone other than your builder for your single build, will result in legal action and will incur a fine based on current stock pricing. All purchases on the R Plans website are final.
